• ATS Optimization: Formatting and keyword optimization for Applicant Tracking Systems
• Professional Feedback: Detailed recommendations for improving your professional profile

3. User Accounts and Access

3.1 Telegram Integration

Our Service operates through Telegram. By using InToIn Bot, you acknowledge that:

• You have a valid Telegram account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account
• You agree to Telegram's terms of service

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Pricing and Payments

• LinkedIn Analysis: €9 per analysis
• Automated Resumes: Starting from €0.69 per resume
• Custom Solutions: Contact for enterprise pricing

4.2 Payment Terms

• All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required before service delivery
• We accept payment methods as displayed in the bot
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the immediate delivery of digital services:

• Refunds are provided only if the Service fails to deliver the promised analysis or resume
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase via the /feedback command
• We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Accurate Information

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
• Not misrepresent your qualifications or experience
• Verify that generated resumes accurately reflect your background before submission

5.2 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI algorithms
• Share your access with unauthorized third parties
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Abuse, harass, or spam the Service
• Attempt to breach security measures

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Service Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to:

• AI algorithms and analysis methods
• Software, templates, and design
• Text, graphics, and logos

are owned by InToIn Bot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

• You retain ownership of your personal data and uploaded content
• By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data for service delivery
• Generated resumes are your property and may be used freely

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 No Guarantee of Employment

Important: InToIn Bot provides tools to optimize your resume and profile, but we do NOT guarantee:

• Job offers or interview invitations
• Specific results or outcomes
• Acceptance by any particular employer or ATS system

7.2 AI Limitations

Our Service uses artificial intelligence, which:

• May occasionally produce errors or inaccuracies
• Should be reviewed and verified by you before use
• Is continuously improving but not perfect

7.3 Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but:

• Cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• May perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Are not liable for third-party service disruptions (e.g., Telegram, cloud providers)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• InToIn Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for employment decisions made by third parties

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your data, use the /feedback command to request account deletion.
